Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to product orders and rental requests made through Witech Solutions.
1. Product Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched, subject to the applicable order terms.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.
2. Refund on Cancellation
If cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment and refund process.

3. Rental Cancellation
Rental cancellation terms depend on:
- Rental start date
- Equipment allocation

5. Witech Cancellation
Witech Solutions may cancel or decline an order/rental request where:
- Product/equipment is unavailable
- Information provided is incomplete or inaccurate
- Payment cannot be verified
- Customer verification is unsuccessful
- Delivery/rental cannot reasonably be fulfilled
- Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected
If Witech cancels an order for a reason attributable to Witech and payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be processed according to the applicable refund procedure.
